I was told today I am to hard on myself and I am I always think I’m not enough… so here it is I’m 5’11 180lbs and 23% body and I am only going to get better from here. So here’s to a better me and I hope if you’re reading this you I hope you will stop being hard on yourself too.

Repeat All Item Labels In An Excel Pivot Table Whenever you create a Pivot Table the default layout is in Compact Form, which puts all the data in one column.
Many people do not like this layout as you cannot copy and paste the data and do further analysis in another worksheet.
