vampireapologist: vampireapologist: vampireapologist: vampireapologist: vampireapologist: i was never seen again. this was the best time ever bc my host had just changed the tire and I was like “oh hell yeah an old tractor tire! you know what that means!” and everyone was like “no….” the French boys and the Norwegians were like “we dont actually” and I was like my god….I’m the only hillbilly here….it’s Up To Me and I like to think of that as the only significant cultural impact I made. everyone’s so worried about my tree trajectory but that’s the best part about rolling downhill in tractor tires: so much of the shock is absorbed by the tire so you can pretty much do anything. in theory. i’m not a doctor I actually don’t know you could probably still die. one of the guys I roped into this went over a huge boulder and went airborn for a hot second though so that was fun People keep commenting about my leg muscles and the answer is that’s just how u look when u work on a farm on top of a mountain People also keep asking how you stop. The answer is: eventually

uncleromeo: aphrican-aphrodite: critical-gemini-hero: socialistexan: theboykingofhell: lagonegirl: I hope he wins the lawsuit, a police officer was finally doing the right thing and they penalize him for not being a racist monster! his name is stephen mader and not only did he refuse to shoot, he actively wanted to help the man (ronald ‘rj’ williams) because he could tell that he was only acting out because of mental illness. rj williams was suicidal and holding an unloaded gun and, while mader didn’t shoot him, a fellow officer (ryan kuzma) did and murdered him on the spot. here is the source and here’s to hoping rj williams gets justice “Saying the words ‘Just shoot me’ sent up the red flag that he was just trying to harm himself and no one else … That’s what made me make my decision. He needed help” I hate this fucking world. The guy was actually trying to do his job by actually desculating the situation the right way (desculating these days apparently just means shoot them) and was fired for “failing to eliminate a threat.” HE WON THE LAWSUIT AND GOT $175,000 I read this whole story. It is wild !! The conversations between him and his ex coworkers about what went down that day 😧😶 Listen to it all here: What Happened When A White Cop Decided Not to Shoot a Black Man when I say there are no good cops, this is part of the reason why. “good cops” lose their jobs for doing the right thing. “good cops” die mysteriously after whistleblowing. “good cops” are forced to choose between their livelihood and becoming just like the rest.

morefunthanb4: This guy had his headphones on like this for almost the entire flight back from Queensland and it was driving me nuts. It was as if he didn’t even care or notice his ear was folded over, which is insane. How could you possibly not realise? I was trying to read a book but I couldn’t concentrate, every time I looked up it was the same. I wanted to reach over and fix it, ask him what the fuck is wrong with him that he can just be ok with having his ear like that. I was furious. It was the worst flight ever.

thehiddentriforce: carthages-finest: caucasianscriptures: POKÉMON FACT “My kid could be getting long term brain damage right now, but instead he’s building functioning robots, an experience that could monumentally secure their future career in the STEM fields. Depressing.” Like, it’s not just nerds building toys. They’re actually learning to problem solve at really early ages. Imagine being this stupid
